Danielle Dahlberg, CPM®, received her Certified Property Manager® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Danielle has been a commercial property manager for Thornton Oliver Keller since 2002. She currently manages a portfolio consisting of over 1,300,000 square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties. Danielle has also served on the BOMA Boise Board of Directors since 2007.
 
JMB Transportation leased 8,030 SF at 43rd Street Industrial Park in Caldwell. Dan Minnaert and Devin Pierce facilitated the transaction.
 
Medical Staffing Network leased 2,750 SF at Goldstone Center in Meridian. Greg Gaddis facilitated the transaction.
 
G & D Enterprises purchased .31 acres at 311 Main St in Middleton. Mark Cleverley and Michael Ballantyne, CCIM facilitated the transaction.

Redline Recreational Toys leased 8,000 SF at 535 N Locust Grove Road in Meridian. Dan Minnaert and Devin Pierce represented the tenant.
 
Community Connections, Inc. purchased 1.77 acres at 1675 S Maple Grove Road in Boise to build a center which will provide opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. Ben Zamzow and Michael Ballantyne, CCIM facilitated the transaction.

Walgreens leased a 15,000 SF pad at Federal Way and Findley Ave in Southeast Boise for construction of a pharmacy. John Stevens and Bob Mitchell represented the landlord.
 
Tacoma Screw Products leased 8,364 SF at Central Park Commerce A, 2230 S Cole Rd in Boise. Dan Minnaert and Devin Pierce facilitated the transaction.
